Taking an AI research assistant from prototype to production-ready SaaS: async document pipelines, interview transcript analysis, structured output generation, and per-client data isolation.
Outcome
Shipped to over 1,000 researchers processing more than 5,000 documents. Built on Next.js, AWS serverless (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB), and Stripe — covering PDF and DOCX ingestion, staged document processing where files are analysed independently before results are combined, structured report generation, and async workflows with email-based delivery notifications.

Challenge
EnoughTea needed a social photo-sharing app on the Hedera blockchain — with fixed-price and auction-based NFT sales, KYC-verified identity, smart contract distribution tied to engagement, and a compliant fiat redemption pipeline.
Outcome
Shipped a live iOS and Android app built in Flutter: a social NFT marketplace combining photo sales (fixed-price and auction), a Twitter/Instagram-style post feed, on-chain engagement tracking, KYC via Jumio, IPFS asset storage via Pinata, and a compliant fiat conversion flow.

Challenge
The Ministry of Awqaf needed a nationwide platform to centralise property, contract, tenant, and beneficiary records across Libya, with geospatial analytics to optimise assets across regions.
Outcome
Built on ASP.NET Blazor, PostgreSQL + PostGIS, and ArcGIS. Covers workflow automation, financial tracking, tenant allocations, and geospatial clustering. Architecture supports multi-region deployment with a full audit trail.

A central medical laboratory needed its full workflow digitised: patient intake through to results delivery, with real-time tracking and a compliant audit trail.
Outcome

Challenge
Develop a secure and sustainable platform to facilitate an NFT auction aimed at raising humanitarian funds for Ukraine in support of the UNITED24 initiative.
Outcome
Powered by the Hedera Token Service, the platform enabled the creation, management, and fast transfer of carbon-negative NFTs. The project successfully launched alongside featured screening events in Los Angeles and London, drawing support from the Ministry of Digital Transformation and legendary film critic Leonard Maltin.
