Challange

Developers were building, but nothing was closing the gap between what the product needed to be and what was actually shipping.

Requirements were loose, priorities weren't sequenced, and no one was accountable for the roadmap once code started getting written. The product itself had a deeper issue too, users were ready and waiting, but administrative barriers in the sign-up flow meant they couldn't get started.

Goal

Work out what should actually be built, and get it in front of the users who were already waiting.

Set aside the original plan, identify what users actually needed, and build it properly, with a roadmap that looked past launch, not just to it.

Solution

We identified the right thing to build, then took over development entirely to build it.

We shaped requirements, prioritised the backlog, and managed delivery day to day, catching a significant issue in testing before it reached users. Along the way, we also designed Raimac's logo and built a demo video ahead of launch, stepping outside the usual PM brief because it's what the moment needed. Once we saw the original flow was the real blocker, we identified what needed to change and redesigned it. Off the back of that, Frazer moved development over to us entirely, the same team now owns the product from requirements through to shipped code. That shift, not the original build, is what's brought Raimac to over 20 B2B users ready to go live. Since we started working together, Raimac has also raised funding.
