Challange
A working prototype needed to become a product researchers could actually rely on, every day.
Myra's AI research assistant could already analyse transcripts and documents, but a prototype isn't built for real workloads. It needed processing that could handle document volume without falling over, structured outputs researchers could actually use, and strict data isolation between clients, none of which existed yet.
Goal
Take Myra from demo to daily-use SaaS, without the slow manual process it was built to replace.
Build something researchers could depend on for real work, at real scale, without the hours of manual analysis the tool was designed to eliminate in the first place.
Solution
We built the pipeline that turned a prototype into a product over 1,000 researchers now rely on.
Documents are processed independently before results are combined, with structured report generation and async workflows so researchers aren't stuck waiting on a loading screen. Myra now processes over 5,000 documents for more than 1,000 researchers. One program manager put it plainly, their team used to fly 12 people from the US to Europe twice a year to do manually what Myra now does in two minutes.
